You are the trout! The waterway is packed with hooks, nets, and sharp river hazards. Glide through danger, collect shiny river rewards, and swim as far as you can without getting caught.
Unlike many fishing games, in Big Bonanza Trout you become the trout. Your bright fish pushes forward automatically while the river races toward you. Your only mission is to guide it safely up and down.
Move your mouse up and down over the game (or drag your finger on mobile) to guide the trout. On keyboard, use Arrow Up/Down or W/S. Quick reactions matter as fresh traps enter the river lane.
Hooks hang from above at different depths. Nets block wide sections of water. Jagged river coral rises from below. Any collision costs a life — and on the hardest mode you only get one chance.
Bubbles, silver scales, and star tokens drift through the stream. Swim through them to collect points. The longer your streak stays alive, the larger your score bonus becomes. Silver scales are the most valuable reward.
Three rare power-ups appear from time to time: 🛡 Shield absorbs one hit. ⚡ Current Boost increases speed and score gains. 🧲 Magnet pulls nearby collectibles toward you for a short burst.
Basic fishing hook hanging from a line. Appears at various heights. Easy to spot by the glowing danger aura. Dodge above or below.
A hook dressed with bait to lure greedy fish. It behaves like a regular hook, but it is harder to ignore at speed.
Three hooks tied into one trap. The danger zone is much wider, so you need tighter positioning to slip past it cleanly.
The widest obstacle in the river. It blocks a huge vertical area, so look for the opening or use a Shield to force your way through.
Sharp coral that rises from the river floor. It stays still, but it becomes more common the farther your trout run goes.
A smaller coral hazard that often appears beside larger formations, creating narrow escape lines for skilled players.
